Beautiful Island Home with hot tub

Our home is halfway between charming Historic Downtown Savannah and the fun beaches of Tybee Island, about 10 minutes either way. It is the perfect location if you are planning to visit SCAD, Savannah Film Festival, Savannah Music Festival, St. Patrick's Day, Rock n' Roll Marathon or any outstanding events that Savannah has to offer. Nearby you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants for your convenience. On our tranquil neighborhood island, you can ride your bike or go on a stroll safely and secure, away from major traffic interference. Across the street is Turner's Creek, and the sunsets in the neighborhood are fantastic! Upon booking you will be required to sign and return the rental agreement/ contract prior to door code being sent. All spaces are available except the garage, and two storage rooms on first floor. There is a video camera outside in front of the garage door and one outside by the yellow gate, in the back yard, and a video doorbell by the kitchen door, which are always on and always recording. NOTE: The hot tub will be closed for maintenance from August 4, 2025 through September 5, 2025 and December 15, 2025 to January 9, 2026.
