Very clean and spacious room. Staff are very kind and friendly.

The hotel is very tired, requires investments and repairs, the location is not bad, but there is no access to the sea at all! You can walk along the road and this is very inconvenient. The rooms are large, but the service is a three, the same can be said about the breakfast... it clearly does not reach even 4 stars.

There are many halal restaurants in Phuket, so you don’t have to worry about eating. You can find it by searching for halal restaurant on Google Maps, and then use the Bolt App to take a taxi.

The beach next to it is not bad, you can watch the beautiful sunset, and it is suitable for self-driving trips. Breakfast was OK.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Phuket Island. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, and there is very little food. There are also very few staff, and it takes an hour to order three dishes and serve them. Due to the remote location, the transportation is extremely inconvenient, so I can only stay in the room every day, or go to the opposite side to look at the sea. What's more terrible is that there is no supporting facilities around the hotel. Even on Grab, there is only a restaurant 10.9 kilometers away from the hotel that can take out food. After ordering, it was canceled because there was no driver to take the order. The sound of the fountain in the hotel's swimming pool was so loud that I fell asleep without sand. The curtains in the bedroom did not black out, and it was impossible to take a nap during the day.

Run down and neglected .. so bad it looks like a derelict movie set. Swimming pool full of alge; broken tiles; breakfast is less than you would get in a guest house; run down so badly; bars closed and left to ruin. Whoever owns this hotel needs to either sell it or restar down to 2 because the adverts of a 5 star are a gross misrepresentation
