Great hotel with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Pool access rooms are providing a daybed and two sun loungers. Room itself is a bit outdated but totally worth the price. In total, you get very good value for money in this hotel.

We had the most incredible experience, from the moment we arrived, the service was next level—every single staff member greeted us by name, which made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. How do they remember everyone?! The hotel was spotless! We were always well-stocked with bottled water and we’re pretty sure every room has a view of the ocean—absolutely stunning! One of the biggest highlights was having access to their sister hotel The Sands next door. It has a fantastic mini water park and our kids had the best time—we spent an entire day there. The buffet breakfast also had heaps of variety and the free buggy to the shops made getting around so convenient. A huge shout out to Tom, Jerry, Nestcafe, Tea, Tu, Kookai, Lucy 1, Cake—and honestly, every single staff member! You all made our stay extra special. Thank you for going above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!

The experience to stay at this resort is wonderful. My kids like it so much especially for the water park. It is awesome.

The service was excellent, and the location on Khao Lak Beach is fantastic – just 50 meters to the beach. The only real issue was the excessive price increase during peak season.

Overall is a good place to stay at and we would recommend it. The hotel is a bit old style, but the property is very clean, well kept and quiet. The garden is very big, beautiful and peaceful. It has 2 pools with enough sun beds and umbrellas. We went beginning of tourist season so I guess it would be different if we went a bit later. The gym could use some new machines. For the breakfast it was ok, but I wish they had more vegetarian options for myself, but I managed. Service was great and also the check-in and check-out was fast. The location is right next to a he main road so there are plenty of restaurants around and also the beach is close by. Just need to pass through an alley on the side of their other 5* resort. They can help you organize trips and taxi service also. Unfortunately I only have pictures of the beach on my phone.
