Our stay at Robinson the was great. It was the end of our trip with two sets of parents, and the perfect place to wind down and relax on a beautiful beach. The staff was excellent and made us feel immediately welcomed.
The biggest positives in our view: Staff, cleanliness, immaculate grounds, breakfast, gym/basketball/sports courts, and the great beach.
What could be improved upon: the a la carte menu at the Bamboo bar was lacking in Thai options, as well as general quality. We ordered 7 dishes, and only the samosas and fish and chips were of decent quality compared to other food on our trip. This was in stark contrast to their breakfast and dinner buffets, which were both pretty good.
Neutral: The location. While the resort has everything you'd need, they are fairly out of the way of everything. This offers a more private and quiet feel, but also means options are lacking, such as finding good Thai food or doing any light shopping or stocking up on drinking water at a sane price.
- If you walk south on the beach (through a fun rocky area when tide isn't too high), you'll find some good restaurants, such as Thai Beach restaurant. Their food was among the best we'd had on our trip. The massaman curry was fantastic.
Overall: Lovely stay, and would come back again for a few days!

My family and I were delighted. The houses are very clean, and surprisingly there is not a single ant in the villa, it is a mystery to us how it is possible to keep the house so clean. Both pools are excellent. The location is a plus for us, it is far from the main street, there are no problems with a car or a bike, but outside the window there is peace and quiet. We ate our fill for breakfast, although there was not much variety, but there was always something tasty to eat. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, always trying to help. My daughter had a birthday on the day of departure, so they not only congratulated her at breakfast, but also brought such a delicious cake, sang a song and lit a candle. It was very nice, my daughter was delighted, did not want to leave. I am writing now from a 5-star hotel with a bunch of ants, although we live on the 3rd floor and I really miss this place, it was soulful and calm here. We will come on our next vacation!

Budget hotel for a quiet holiday, nice territory, restaurant is not expensive, big swimming pool, good rooms, didn't like plumbing, everything is too simple in the bathroom, well and the floor in the room is shabby. If this were replaced it would be super. The sea is nearby but we went to other beaches. The location is far from everything. But there is a taxi nearby.

The younger staff are helpful and hospitable, especially the younger men who work in every position. The room is clean and quiet, sleeps well, the weather is good, the swimming pool is clean. Our family is vegetarian. The younger brother is also interested in providing a breakfast without meat. Expected to come back to use the service again

My family and I just stayed at the JW Marriott in Khao Lak and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious, with big, comfy beds and natural product toiletries. Every morning, the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, featuring freshly squeezed juices and authentic Thai coffee made with high-quality ingredients. The kid's area offered daily activities, and bike rentals were easy; I highly recommend biking around the beautiful gardens. The service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The pool area was impressive—it's the biggest pool I've seen at any property! Plus, direct beach access was a wonderful bonus. If I return to Khao Lak, I would definitely stay here again with my family!

The hotel in Khao Lak town is so beautiful. The check-in is very smooth, the environment is super beautiful, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. I booked a two-bedroom villa. The living room is a bit small, and the own swimming pool is not big, but it is just right for children to play. After playing, they can jump directly to the beach to play. The beach is private to the hotel and very quiet. The hotel children's playground is not available, but it is full of good quality wooden toys that can be played for a long time. I don't know why it closes at 5 o'clock. The breakfast variety is not rich, but it is very delicate. There are not many adult activities in the hotel. Muay Thai is recommended. The bicycle (paid) tour is average and not recommended.
The disadvantage is that the water temperature of the villa's swimming pool is low. There is shade in the morning but the water is cold. It is super sunny between 10-4 o'clock and you can't go into the water. Then the refrigerator and bathroom are not replenished in time every day. I am not very satisfied with this price. The leftovers were left at the door one night. No one took them away the next morning. A big lizard was attracted. I was scared to death.

Great place if you need a night's stay or two otw to Khaolak. Rooms were generally clean but without amenities like toothbrush etc so remember to bring your own. Fridge works well, lights need to be fixed, and the kettle in my room would need to be replaced - WiFi works well, would stay again!

If you want to go to Similan, this is the best choice. It is right on the roadside. The hotel is very bourgeois as a whole. Except for the previous review that the color of the closet + bathrobe in the room is a bit scary at night, we took off the bathrobe and put it in the drawer. Everything else is good overall. The swimming pool is sea water.

We’re so happy to be here—it’s cozy, like home, but better! The owner? Absolutely adorable and super friendly. I’m in love! Oh, and you have to check out the restaurant across the way called Lucky. The food? Unreal. As for room or view pics? Nope, just us looking cute and happy in the mirror—priorities! Loll

Amazing
MmemoryLast year, I saw Little Coast on the website and fell in love at first sight. I booked it immediately this summer and stayed with my husband and son. I stayed at Little Coast for three days and my evaluation is as follows. I can only say that the greater the hope, the greater the disappointment.
Let me talk about the advantages first: 1. The hotel is located in a more lively area of Khao Lak, within walking distance to the main street, where there are 7-11 restaurants, which can meet basic needs. 2. The staff is very good and greets you with a smile. 3. The Thai restaurant has good food, with good looks and taste. 4. The hotel's public area is very, very beautiful and very photogenic. 5. The occupancy rate is not high and it is very quiet. 6. The room has its own swimming pool. Disadvantages: 1. I booked a two-bedroom suite, which is marked as 110 square meters, but the actual suite is only more than 60 square meters, with two bedrooms, two toilets and a living room. It can only be said that it is just enough and not spacious. When you move from hotels like Anantara or Andara in Phuket, you will feel very cramped. 2. There is really nothing to do. I feel bored after staying for a day. If you want to play some facilities such as snooker water park, you can go to the sister hotel Sands next door. But there are too many people in Sands, and the experience is not very good. 3. The master bedroom is not well designed. The door and bed are very close, which is very inconvenient to walk in and out. 4. Except for the common area, the room feels like a high-end homestay. 5. The breakfast selection is not rich and the taste is average. In general, it is not recommended for families with children. It is enough to stay for two days for couples or girlfriends to travel.

CChompoonutThe room has a very nice design, and it's quiet and within walking distance to the beach and restaurant. However, the service was lacking. They forgot to have me sign the dinner bill, and the woman at the hotel restaurant called me at 9 PM to say that I didn’t sign it.
Additionally, I found baby lizard droppings on my pillow and requested a change of pillowcase. They brought the replacements but didn’t offer to help change them.
The location is nice, but the service needs improvement.

GGuest UserCasa de La Flora has spoilt us on our 4 days, 3 nights stay. All of the staff has been incredible.
Casa de La Flora located in a quiet area, next to the sea of course but however, the beach are not meant for swimming. You can do that over at La Flora or La Vela - which you can take free shuttle over (in about 8 minutes ride).
Casa de La Flora hotel design is outstanding! For all of you exterior/interior designers, would appreciate it. It is all built eco-friendly. The Spa facilities is amazing -- we went twice on our trip!
As for eatery or entertainment, it is a bit of a walk out to the those places. Takes you about 15-20minutes walk. But Casa de la Flora also serves delicious food with a bit of a price.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean, the service was excellent, and the amenities were complete. It wasn’t far to walk to the beach, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The breakfast was okay, though there were a bit too many Indian dishes. Overall, everything was great—it was a very impressive my experience.

GGuest UserSuper located and very very nice hotel with a very nice garden but generally a super nice outdoor area. The employees were always polite and nice and helpful..
You can always change or redesign a few little things or things here and there, but you can do that in any hotel. If you search then you will find it, but here I have to say the outstanding good percentage is more than 90%...but what or who has 100%?
We are very satisfied and will be happy to come back.

GGuest UserIt was a really nice stay. We even got a free upgrade to a villa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. It was about a 25-minute walk to the Bang Niang night market. A natural beach was about a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. There was toast, bread, jam, croissants, sausages, 2 Thai dishes, eggs, scrambled eggs, an omelette station, salad, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea. There was a sea view. We also ate there in the evening once. The food was also very tasty and fresh, but also a bit more expensive.
Our children particularly liked the pool with slides and the games room. There were free sand toys at the restaurant. We would definitely recommend the hotel as a family.
