The hotel is stylish, beautiful, green, comfortable. Everything is very well thought out and neat. Your lawns in the form of triangle compositions are simply mesmerizing. I would like to pay special attention to the pools - interesting shapes, spacious, family pool with children's entertainment, many sun loungers both by the pool and under the lush vegetation next to the sea. The room was wonderful - spacious, clean, comfortable with a side view of the sea. A large bath on the balcony, which we did not use for 16 days, because there was enough beauty and comfort. Very stylish bathrooms with cool modern plumbing. Cleaning is daily, towels are fresh and amazing robes (how cool your robes are ❤️ what a pity that at the time of our stay it was impossible to buy them). Hygiene products were always present. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding is cool. I would like to highlight the breakfasts in this hotel. A huge variety of dish options from soups to Japanese cuisine. I just don't know how many months you need to live here to try all the cuisine. Thank you very much for the amazing pastries. What was especially surprising was the large variety of bread, which you don't often find in hotels in Thailand. Also an excellent SPA with a good massage. And of course the highlight is the KOKULA restaurant. Excellent cuisine, super bartenders, a cool program with dinners on Fridays and Saturdays with a Fire show and other programs (the sushi in your restaurant is simply amazing - I haven't eaten such tender and fresh ones for a long time). So a cozy and stylish bar next to the adult buildings. I would like to note the very convenient location of LA VELA. There are many cafes within walking distance, there is a 7 eleven, shops. The only small minus is the rough sea during the rainy season. But you should always be prepared for this, it did not spoil our impression, because the hotel compensated for this shortcoming with its location and swimming pools. Well, now let's move on to the most important thing - these are the people who work in this hotel, who make this place soulful; a place where you want to come back ❤️ We don't remember all the names, but a huge thank you to everyone who cleaned the room, who cleaned the pools at 4 am, who cleaned the area, cooked amazing food, made super cocktails in the bars, every waiter, every receptionist and the entire team of this hotel. But individual thanks to individual guys who helped or were simply remembered for their charisma, responsiveness and their professionalism: Pavel (Pavel), JP, KHAO and SARAH (KOKULO employees), FILM (Thai boxing). ❤️❤️❤️❤️ And to all the employees of this hotel. I don't see the point in sending photos of the hotel - because everything completely corresponds to the photos on the booking sites. In real life it is even better perceived. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the restaurant on the beach had a nice atmosphere and was reasonably priced. This is a hotel I would definitely like to stay at if I go to Khao Lak.

The hotel is showing its age. The rooms need renovation. The humidity in the room was so high that clothes were damp. The floor was wet every day due to the high humidity. The air conditioning had to be set to 18 degrees to dry things out a bit. The hotel is fairly centrally located, and restaurants and bars are within walking distance. However, a rental car would be advisable. Bolt and Grab taxis are not available. A ride in an open-top taxi starts at 300 baht. The breakfast buffet is adequate and okay. The prices at the hotel are far too high by Thai standards. The hotel doesn't deserve more than 4 stars. The large pool was a positive. The beach was average.
