A good family hotel. For its price, an excellent option.
The rating is not the maximum only because I had to spend one night with a non-working air conditioner - they could not fix it, although they came and turned it on and off and said that it would work soon. The next day, after the third conversation with the reception staff, they apparently called someone and the air conditioner worked.
I would like problems to be solved on the first call, and not after the third.

It was a really nice stay. We even got a free upgrade to a villa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. It was about a 25-minute walk to the Bang Niang night market. A natural beach was about a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. There was toast, bread, jam, croissants, sausages, 2 Thai dishes, eggs, scrambled eggs, an omelette station, salad, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea. There was a sea view. We also ate there in the evening once. The food was also very tasty and fresh, but also a bit more expensive.
Our children particularly liked the pool with slides and the games room. There were free sand toys at the restaurant. We would definitely recommend the hotel as a family.

It's quiet and the rooms are clean!
There are many family travelers, so the staff and guests are all very kind.

I liked everything very much. Cleaning every day, breakfast is very good with a large selection of dishes (though on the third week of stay it already seemed monotonous, but I can’t bring myself to write this down as a minus of the hotel, especially since it’s a three-star hotel, I couldn’t expect more). It’s possible to say that there is no private beach. We walked 100 meters to the right to the deserted Khuk Kak beach. Very nice and friendly staff, always ready to help.
