The staffs are very good. They help carry the bags from the parking lot. It is located on the beach, quiet, and private. They serve breakfast by the sea. The atmosphere is very good.

Very satisfied. All required facilities and services are met. Really enjoyed the beach massage. Khao Lak Beach is less crowded than Patong and is suitable for leisure.

The eighth time in Khao Lak and the first time at Baan Khao Lak and we really liked it. The hotel is actually in a perfect location, right on the beach, with lots of greenery, the whole complex is very well maintained, the staff friendly, a good breakfast, we had a family room in a bungalow, which we really liked. It's just a few minutes walk to Khao Lak center. If you're looking for a smaller hotel in the countryside that's also very central, this is the place for you. We'll be back.

Amazing place. We stayed in a deluxe villa which was enormous, had a very large beautiful bathroom, a reading/lounge area in a bay window and its own huge private terrace from which you could see the sea. The pool was moments away so our baby could sleep in the room and our monitor stretched to the pool. This beach is long, wide and pretty so you can take long walks along it. Prime spot. The massage place on site is great, everything is so convenient. But the best thing is the staff, they were so friendly and kind we got good vibes as soon as we entered the lobby. They looked after and entertained our little boy like he was their own. You get so much space and greenery here, it’s way beyond what you might get in a standard hotel. We loved it. Will be back.
