The environment is amazing, the double pool villa is absolutely beautiful! It's enough to just stay in the hotel. It takes an hour and a half from Phuket Airport to the hotel, 1,300 baht. Similan Island is not open, so there are not many people in the whole Khao Lak, including the hotel.

Very beautiful, suitable for relaxation, good service and everything. Staying here for two or three days is a very good choice. There are not too many people at the moment, I will go again if I have the chance.

The hotel is very stylish, with beautiful scenery and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing hotel stay. The staff is very friendly, especially the concierges Tom and Jerry, who are very enthusiastic in providing help. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy for the two days we stayed, so we didn't see the beautiful sea view and didn't use the swimming pool. The hotel's breakfast is quite exquisite, and the Thai restaurant is also good. The hotel is not far away, and there is a main street outside the hotel, which is full of restaurants.

Came here with the group purchase package, and the experience was great. Located on Khao Lak Beach, it is suitable for friends who are going to Similan, but it is very inconvenient if you want to go to Phuket Town and the three major beaches. It takes an hour to drive from the airport. We rented a car and there was no traffic on the road. There are no large shopping malls nearby, so you can consider going to the surrounding area for massage. The service is very good. When you check in, they will take the initiative to sit next to you to go through the formalities. They will also take the initiative to say hello when they meet at other times. Most of the people staying in the hotel are Europeans and Americans, and there is no discrimination. The hotel room is very new, but not very large, and the balcony swimming pool is very clean. The package is a seaside swimming pool room, so you can only see part of the sea view, which will be blocked by the house outside. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the dinner provided by the package is amazing. The appetizer + main course + dessert is delicious. It feels that the chef is very attentive. The beach is very large and there are reefs. You can pick up shells to play, but it doesn’t feel as clean as Mai Khao Beach.

I didn't feel relaxed during my stay because the rules were applied to the guests like students who came to learn cocktails. The taste was not appropriate for the price. The limes shown with the glasses were not green, black, and made it not drinkable. Glass use in the pool area was prohibited, but the glass and water bottle service was provided in the room. The receptionist on the check-in day showed an unhappy tone when we had questions. When telling the rules, it was as if we had entered prison without doing anything wrong. If we could get the money back on the check-in day, we would have gotten the money back and checked out immediately. Some of the staff provided good service and were friendly. Thank you as well. The food was delicious. I would like to have the service for the outside guests who came with us to use the service and have a better time together relaxing. Thank you.
