The rooms are good large. The receptionist are unfriendly. When you call no one picks up the phone. The day I was reservations I kept calling from 2am someone picked and hunged up i kept on calling till 8am and still no response. So I had to search for the restaurants phone number and called, they picked up at one ring and walked to the hotel to find a receptionist before i could talk to someone. Also they not ready to fix your concerns and make your say comfortable. The restaurant is good. food is good too.

Disappointing experience with this establishment's phone etiquette. Despite multiple attempts, my calls went unanswered. When I finally managed to reach someone, the staff seemed unfriendly and uncooperative. I was told to physically visit the location to view the menu, which was inconvenient. In today's digital age, this approach feels outdated. Compared to other hotels and restaurants, their customer service falls short. Perhaps some training in customer relations and communication would be beneficial.

Did not stay in this hotel but been to the hotel’s l restaurant a couple of times during my trip in Takoradi. Food and service was lovely, great location as well, will consider staying here next time I visit the city.

A regular sampler of their dishes at the cosy restaurant. Very good food and staff were excellent. Will recommend it any day. Environment is very attractive and car parking space is huge. Security is on spot.
