I stayed here in July. I actually wanted to stay 2-3 nights, but I couldn't get a reservation, so I was forced to stay only 1 night. It really felt like a guesthouse from the good old Showa era. It's by no means a new inn, but it was well-cleaned, the staff were excellent, and the quality of the food was on par with that of a first-class hotel. It's truly a guesthouse that I would like to make a treasure of the island. I hope that Grandma will live a long life and continue to tell me delicious food and fun stories. I wouldn't recommend this inn to those looking for a luxurious feel, but it is perfect for those who want to feel truly relaxed.
