酒店位置交通便利。
服務非常好，主動打招呼和微笑，讓人感到親切和友善；尤其是為我們的晚餐提供服務的那位女士（我們在桜山房進餐）面帶笑容，説話輕柔，用翻譯器除告訴我們如何進食日式傳統料理外，還給我們介紹每道菜的名字，令我們感到特別愉快。
位於頂層的露天風呂，水温適中，水質乾淨，在微微徐風中浸泡在熱湯中很是舒適。
不足之處是床上衹有一個枕頭，另外洗漱間缺少掛毛巾的架子。

設施：室內設施齊全智能馬桶，感應燈，空氣凈化器都挺好。室內熱水，冰水都有，沒什麼可挑剔的。温泉很棒，好像真的有緩解肌肉痠痛的作用。
衞生：乾淨
環境：安靜舒適。週五入住，週五下午湯池沒人，週六有兩三個。酒店位置方便，附近有個全家，步行到武雄神社，武雄圖書館，Youme 方便，這三個地方基本在一起。
服務：入住時前台的工作人員是位先生，英文很不錯。酒店有接送車站服務，離得不遠，入住當天是步行過去的，大約 15 分鐘。離店是提前預約了送到車站。早餐和晚餐的工作人員也很和善，有一位上了些年紀的女士，很耐心的使用翻譯 App 和我交流， 非常感謝她的耐心和善。

房間很大，睡3/4個人沒有問題；温泉很好，個人感覺比嬉野的温泉好。酒店的餐食也很好。

房間完美，浴袍完美，泡池完美。
感受到了老牌傳統温泉酒店的服務，一分價錢一分貨，不過攜程沒有單人價格，他們跟我確認了好幾次人數。
武野站有接送，不過走過去也才1點幾公里，很近。
酒店就在武野温泉的大牌子旁邊20米吧，不想住那裡日歸也超級方便。
温泉水太好了，真的很美肌，非常值得一泡。
順便參加了免費的看螢火蟲活動，就我一個聽不懂日語的中國人蔘加，其他都是老爺爺老奶奶，螢火蟲很可愛，第一次看呢，酒店非常精心幫忙預訂了，不虛此行。
武野和嬉野都是值得再回去的地方

JR下車到遊客中心就可以讓工作人員幫忙打電話喊車來接，步行也衹要1公里
定了一泊二食，味道還可以，晚餐直接送進房間很方便，泡湯衹有兩個池子，一裏一外，但是温泉水滑滑的，泡起來很舒服
