Since there is a review saying they can provide vegetarian meals, I wanted to clarify that in our case they said: “We will be serving Japanese food, so if you don't like fish broth, we are sorry but we cannot accommodate your request. You can also change to a plan with no meals, and you can bring your own food.”

Preschool children? They were not allowed, but they had cutlery and chairs for children, so maybe it was after the Rakan no Yu was built? The rooms in the new building with open-air baths cost about 100,000 yen per night? I liked the deliciousness and space of the Italian meals included. The lobby was crowded with guests who came to see TeamLab, but the rooms were spacious, modern, and relaxing. The open-air bath in the room was spacious, clean, easy to use, and had a good atmosphere. Needless to say, the sauna and baths were great ^_^ The main building is old, so...

和車站有點距離，需要跟酒店預先安排車接送，房間大也清潔，早晚餐也好吃，溫泉有室外內的，附近是山區，有一個公園，可惜沒花看，紅葉季節來應該很美

言過其實的酒店
住了三天兩夜，感覺是言過其實的酒店，按他們的收費及地點，各方面也應該要提高水平。例子如下：
1）入住check in 的時間只有一位前台人員，但是很多客人也是大約同一時間來check in, 所以要求客人排隊等，而且座位又不夠，於是所有等候的人只能好像是去政府部門辦事時等窗口一樣。
2）前台太暗而且音樂聲量太大，前台同事對客人的話每次也要重覆多次，令等候時間更長
3）仍在前台處理check in 中，忽然行李被工作人員什麼也沒有說就拿走了，而我們還沒有房號，有點不知所措⋯⋯ （可能因為語言原因，他們的前台及服務人員也不會英語）
4）check in 手續仍在進行中又忽然被＂邀請＂到大樓的另一邊去飲welcome drink. 但是護照仍在工作人員手上，又沒有任何交代…
5) 全酒店也沒有電梯，要自提行李行樓梯，而且樓梯每一級也距離很高，長者來會很大問題
6) 房間內的拖鞋（室內拖鞋及厠所拖鞋）是布料或編織料，是千人用過而明顯是沒有消毒的，有點可怕；床單也是有顏色的跡的，房間內的洗手盤去水很慢，有點塞（還好，沒什麼臭味）
7) 房間內並沒有提供護髮素，而且洗頭水的品質也很差，來日本旅遊很多年了，還是第一次要自已去買洗頭水護髮素回酒店用
食物的質素還不錯，但是明顯工作人員不足夠。同一位工作人員要同時服務幾張枱，看著她們不停走來走去，20多度的室內也見她們做到流晒汗水，替她們辛苦
