旅館距離JR武雄溫泉站15分鐘步程，我坐計程車到旅館，下車時司機給我收據叫我交給櫃台職員，後來才知道去旅館的計程車車費是可以跟旅館報銷，這做法有為住客設想，可惜網上沒有這個相關資訊。JR有兩個出口，由於往旅館出口的計程車不多，自己等了15分鐘才有車，所以差點有考慮選擇步行到旅館，幸好最後有撘計程車。 旅館有兩個浸浴的地方，一個是天然溫泉，另一個地方是有循環熱水和冷水浴。天然溫泉是24小時開始，另一個是有開放時間。就算旅館滿客，但是大家浸浴的時間可能都會錯開時間，所以我自己去泡溫泉時通常只有自己或者有多一位住客。自己的體驗很好，可以寧靜和舒服地享受溫泉。 一泊二食，早一兩個月訂房，價錢便宜。當天晚餐是在房間吃，第二天早餐是在宴會廳吃。晚餐菜式豐富，早餐就相對普通。旅館職員服務很好，迎賓流程令人賓至如歸。

There is no bottled water, but there is a thermos kettle for ice water and a kettle for boiling water. , also very convenient. The room has its own toilet and bathroom. The hot spring on the seventh floor is not big, but there are not many people. There are almost no foreign tourists, but there are no towels to bring to the room. Breakfast is a normal Japanese set meal, so there is no problem in filling up. Except for a handsome man at the front desk who spoke very good English, almost none of the staff spoke English. They all relied on simple words and body language. The main supporting services were okay, and no major communication problems were encountered.

Overall impression and service was good; however dining was a little let down and not too many facilities available. Priced somewhat too high for both local and foreign visitors.

The entire hotel has a lot of space, the first floor is the banquet room, the second floor is the front desk, and there is a large rest area, starting from 3 pm to serve a variety of small points, tea, drinks and wine On the second floor there are indoor hot springs, meditation rooms, etc. There is a restaurant on each floor. The breakfast and dinner provided in the restaurant are exquisite.
