It is not a guest house in any way, shape or form. It’s a load of rooms in someone’s house, you let yourself in and out, have to clean before you sit down. I can confirm what other reviewers say, from the inaccurate listings (there is no airport shuttle) to lack of communication about checking in, the smell as you enter, which might account for the “sleepy” person other people have met! and massive lack of cleaning or any pride in what’s being offered. I would never bother with this place again, I’d rather pay the extra for a proper establishment somewhere closer and cleaner!

Smoke alarm battery needed changing and made a sound every 15 seconds right through the night. Noisy neighbours in next room talking until 3am.
Dirty and in need of a deep clean and paint job. No staff on premise

Absolute waste of time didn't even get my room as no one on desk and no one answers the phone ended up staying in the bus station waiting room all night, as no one even answered my texts or phone call and from what I saw whilst I was there looked like a doss house
