従業員の皆さん、一人一人が大変気持ちよく対応してくださり、良い意味で、干渉してほしくない時はそっと見守り、さりげないサービスでフォローしてくださいます。夕食は食べませんでしたが、朝食は美味しくバラエティ豊かなバイキングでした。色柄が選べる浴衣やいつでも温かい飲み物がいただけるサービスも嬉しかったです。

こんな山奥に庭園や温泉を揃えたホテルがあるとは驚きでした。夜にチェックインして、まずは日本酒の試飲サービスを堪能。目前のライトアップされた美しい庭園とともにとても良い体験になりました。翌日の朝は天気も良く庭園を散策。意外と歩くところがいっぱいあって面白かった。少し小高い丘のようなところを登るとまた違う風景が見えてまた心を動かされました。
新鮮な空気を感じられ雰囲気も良いので誰かにオススメしたくなるような場所でした。ありがとうございました。

The room was small for the price, and the cleanliness was not that good. The service was not that good either. The receptionist was kind, but the people at the dining area were a little cold. It seemed like there were not enough staff in general. Food didn't arrive after I ordered it, and it was taken by someone else after I made a reservation...
The only good thing was the hot spring.
The location is bad, so you can't spend the whole day at the hotel, so I think a car is essential. Reservations for the shuttle bus are first come, first served. I heard there is only one...
