My family of four - my mother-in-law, my husband, and our university-aged daughter - stayed at this hotel.
The room with an indoor bath was amazing!
We enjoyed the large public bath in the evening and the indoor bath in the morning, which felt luxurious.
The post-bath service and grilled corn were also great value and we really enjoyed it.
It was very cool, and after our bath we were able to relax in the garden gazing at the stars, which was very soothing.

As an onsen resort, the hotel locates away from public transport. However there is free shuttle bus runs between the hotel and the nus station. Advance booking is recommended, especially for the journey to the hotel.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Free snacks and soft drinks were provided at the lobby and the lounge. Most rooms were spacious. Breakfast and dinner in elegant Japanese style were provided. The onsens, both indoor and outdoor, were well maintained.

It's a few minutes from the bus station, which is acceptable. I booked a one-night stay with two meals. The hotel room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast and dinner options were quite varied and the food was good. The only drawback was the ventilation in the restaurant, which caused smoke to blow towards the diners sitting across from me while I was eating yakiniku, which was a slight deduction. (If you don't order meals, there are cafes and one or two restaurants near the station.) Regarding the hot springs, I used the open-air bath, which is small, so it's recommended to go when it's less crowded. Afterward, there were free milk and popsicles.
Overall, the hotel is good and highly recommended.
