The counter service crew lady was the rudest person i encountered from my entire Japan trip. While explaining the car park arrangements, she raised her voice at me while i was trying to understand how far the allocated carpark for 1 day stay was, assuming I didn’t understand the policies. This first impression has deeply damaged our experience in the hotel.

The location is excellent, close to all the attractions, the service is very good, there are 7 kinds of free sake tasting in the afternoon, and there are also various drinks. Those who like to drink can drink all the time. The breakfast box is OK.
When checking out, we wanted to take a taxi to the station, but the hotel sent us directly.
However, the large bath is a little small, maybe there are more tourists, and disinfectant powder is put in the water, which smells like disinfectant powder.
