The room was spacious and soundproof, so I couldn't hear anything from my neighbors. The view room had a view of the courtyard waterfall and the mountains behind. The view was 100 points. ⚠️ The windows weren't very soundproof, so the waterfall still flowed at night. Light sleepers should bring their own earplugs. The hotel gift shop also sells them. ♨️ Very nice. You can share your clothes with the main hotel next door. The open-air bath on the first floor is very nice. I have been to over 30 ryokans in various parts of Japan, but this is the best. The parking lot is also large and convenient.
