I had booked a 2 BHK Villa for 4 people at a rate of Rs. 10,085 for one night by last week of June 2025 at Royal Adam Resorts and Hotel, Karjat The stay was quite disappointing in several aspects. Surprisingly, only two 500 mL water bottles were provided complimentary, and everything else was chargeable. There were no indoor games available, as the area is still under construction. Most concerning was the walkway to the villa — it had extensive fungal growth, making it slippery and unsafe. Both I and my family members slipped couple of times, which is a serious safety issue that needs urgent attention. Being a weekend, the place was noisy with loud music continuing until midnight, which affected our rest. For the price charged, the experience did not feel like value for money. At the very least, breakfast should have been included. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to improve the overall guest experience and safety.
