該酒店工作人員有區別對待客人。因隨身衣物丟在酒店，前後3次讓家屬返回酒店去和工作人員溝通，第一次告訴前台一位年齡稍大，長髮戴眼鏡男性工作人員房間號及以遺忘的物件，該工作人員直接告訴家屬清潔客房人員已打掃完沒有遺留物品。第二次返回酒店，該工作人員拿出遺失物品登記本，依舊告知沒有，第三次本人親自返回，分分鐘取出交還，而且一直不告知為何前兩次沒有找到的原因，當我告訴該工作人員，是要親自詢問客房清掃人員當時清掃客房時是否收拾到遺失衣物時，他才承認是他的原因。已經不是態度的問題，而是區別對待日本人，歐美人和中國人。

衞生死角不少，且房間位於樓尾，每隔幾分鐘就會有類似空調外機的噪音。不符合本人對東急的印象。低於預期了嗐

酒店位置無敵，房間大小還可以。但是裝修各方面還是老了一些，床鋪用品毛巾席夢思這些還是舊了一點。衞生情況尚可，服務也沒什麼特別的感受。酒店提供的飲用水是飲水機常温和冰水放在樓道里，我們能接受。

地點優越，機場巴士可到達門口，酒店對面就是兵庫町步行街，有人氣店骨付雞食店，房間走廊可以打開行理箱，2樓前台有免費茶包，洗面液，梳等提供。早餐味道不錯。

Tokyu REI Hotel is right at Hyogocho Station, which is very convenient whether you are coming from or leaving the airport. The lobby is on the second floor of the hotel. You need to take the elevator first. Toiletries are at the elevator entrance and can be taken as needed.

挺好的，位置方便樓下就是商業街，吃飯很多選擇，樓下也有羅森便利店，機場大巴直達酒店門口。房間也乾淨整潔，步行去高松港也不是太遠。
