It is a 3-minute walk from Kawaramachi Station.
It is a very nice accommodation with no shortcomings in terms of location, facilities, or interior.
However, there is a bit of inconvenience in that check-in and check-out must be done at the "Royal Park Hotel", but the reasonable accommodation price and condition make up for it.

Hotel is nearby Kawaramachi station, 5 mins to there. It is a residential building. But check in-out process is at Royal Park Hotel.
It has a double bed and 2 twins bed in the room. It is clean.

預訂這民宿，但trip.com.並未能給我正確指示取門匙地方，我臨上機前再與trip聯絡都並未收到有關民宿給我指示我該如何可以領到門匙，但trip.com客戶服務還叫我去到住宿地方再查問😵，這是一棟民宿大樓，難道我一行人企在樓下等人去找我們？慶幸我在另一訂房網站找到資料，否則不知怎算好！
由高松機場下機後，乘往高松港巴士往瓦町，下車後要到Royal Park Hotel Takamatsu取鎖匙，這酒店職員會給我正確地址和門匙，領匙後行回民宿10分鐘左右，到達目的地入房後才令我放心，可以有住宿落脚地方了🥹。
民宿像一個家，乾淨企理，小廚房有齊微波爐，煮食爐具，洗衣機。衛生間和浴室分開，有沖涼液，牙膏牙刷刷巾，各方面都好好。👍🏻👍
由民宿行去大型超市7分鐘左右，到琴電鐵／機場巴士站3分鐘左右👍🏻

The premises is at a convenient location, very close to the covered shopping avenue.
The lift access is good for suite case travellers.
The room is clean and spacious enough to accommodate 4 px.
One draw back was the lack of information on the need to check in through the Royal Park Hotel which is about 10 minutes walk from the premises. That was very frustrate to stay outside the lift lobby for an hour, before meeting a group of Japanese young men whom told us to check in through the hotel.
Apart from the troublesome check in experience, everything was fine.

The room was just as shown in the photos and was very nice. There was a refrigerator and a stove, so I thought it would be nice to stay there for multiple nights.
