『駅舎ホテル』これがこのホテルのキャッチコピー ですから電車お好きな方どうぞしたらこぞってお訪ねとは思います 何しろ滞在の106号室からホームまでは実質7歩と言う近さ故に行き交う列車新幹線に手を振ってお話し出来そうな至近距離 現在のところ上りと下りの新幹線が重なって停車してくれるのは午前に一日一回だけで鉄道さほどの人でも感動間違いなしなので必須のオススメです お食事はお夕食は高畠ワインが美味しかったので焼肉弁当が良いのではと お部屋は音振動共に列車側は気になりませんが隣室との防音処置がやはり甘く隣室の音がもれます 隣室とは枕元の逆部屋はテレビなので静かに過ごされたい方々は角部屋優先でお考えくださいね 尚、朝ごはんは付いていて良かった 程です

町の歴史い触れたく思い、今回も朝食セットで宿泊をした。過去に三度ほど宿泊をしたが、特に不満な事も無かったので今回も当然の事の様に泊った。しかし、、今回は提供された朝食が特に酷く、宿泊施設が提供するレベルに品質、味共に達していないし、また、これらの申し入れに対するスタッフの対応もいただけなかった。朝食は業者への業務委託のためか、スタッフ各位のリアクションは他人事と捉え、当事者としての真摯な態度では無く、接客レベルも低い。揚げ物だらけで、冷たくて、一切れの魚は生臭さを感じる内容であった。

We stayed on May 4th and 5th. It was compact, clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a choice of pillows. I would like to thank the front desk, room staff, and other staff for their kindness and politeness. When I sent my luggage from the front desk by courier, my wife found the curler pin that I forgot in the room and put it on the box with a letter and delivered it. Thank you very much for your attention to detail. When visiting friends in Yamagata, we would like to ask you to stay again. Thank you very much for supporting our comfortable stay!
