Blown away by the attention to detail at Hampton by Hilton! The front desk lady, CC, had the most heartwarming smile and was incredibly patient, answering all my questions. She even proactively upgraded my room! The room was quiet and comfortable, no noise at all. Facilities were new and complete. Free coffee and tea bags, plus eco-friendly toiletries, were such thoughtful touches. The smart room control made everything super convenient and hassle-free. The cleanliness was spotless, truly no corner missed. The 24-hour laundry room and gym were incredibly practical. The value for money here is off the charts. I'm definitely staying here again next time I'm in town!

This hotel truly deserves a manual thumbs-up! My stay was very comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was quite good too. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided excellent service – she was friendly, welcoming, and very quick to resolve any issues. The laundry room on the first floor is super convenient for washing and drying clothes. Breakfast was decent. For Chinese options, they had stir-fries, shrimp, shellfish, and other small seafood. The live cooking station offered freshly made noodles and mini wontons, and there was even fresh sushi. For a business hotel, the selection is pretty extensive. Aside from breakfast, the hotel doesn't offer other dining options. However, right across the street is an entire food street with tons of choices, which is incredibly convenient. If only the bathroom sink had a towel rack, it would be absolutely perfect! I'll definitely be staying here again next time.
