I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in Metropark during the Qingming holiday. This morning, my husband’s mobile phone was missing. At this time, the car had already driven to Jingjiang and found out. Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain! One laat thing, breakfast was not so great, if i can be critical. But still good. 😃

Excellent location just steps from Wanda Plaza. Checkin staff happily addressed me in English, very professional and smart. Rooms were spacious and smartly designed. Even the hallways were decorated nicely. Delivery guys can go directly to the room. Bed was large and comfy. The wireless Qi charger was a nice touch, too bad it only works on Android phones. On the other hand, the Internet was painfully slow and there was little hot water. If they could fix these simple problems they’d have a perfect hotel.

Mercure Hotel is a very nice hotel, I have stayed there several times. The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the city center and the transportation is very convenient. The environment of the hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities and high comfort. 整體配置很好，比較新，在商業街位置好找，晚上可以逛逛鳳城河，附近靠着景區，服務很好，前台服務熱情到位，衞生也很乾凈清爽，非常棒的居住體驗，非常支持大家來這裏入住，出差很棒，有停車場和洗衣房，總之推薦。

A really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.

房間外觀是現代質感的建築，簡潔典雅，造型剛中有柔，盡顯江蘇地域建築風情。房間整潔衞生，前台小姐姐服務熱情，還很熱情的給講訴了這邊那裡有好玩地方，那裡的美食好吃，酒店還有停車場，回來晚了，小姐姐還會給幫忙找停車位，酒店離姜堰汽車總站很近，出行便利，附近有萬達，蘇果超市，還有美食街，周邊還有很多景點可以遊玩。有很多古色古香的建築，拍照遊玩，真不錯，有種穿越古代的感覺。酒店設施很完善，空調，冰箱，洗衣機，吹風機，電視機，無線網都有。電視是那種高清的網絡電視，頻道多，免費的電影隨便看。最主要的這家酒店，物美價廉，經濟實惠。
