Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain! One laat thing, breakfast was not so great, if i can be critical. But still good. 😃

If I want to go to the Millennium Scenic Area, I bought a package from Taizhou Pengxin. The decoration style of the hotel is very European, and it can be seen that it is very artificial. The location of the hotel is also good, there are many restaurants that can cause choices in about 20 minutes walk. The hotel's service is also relatively standard and very clean. Especially thinking about the need for improvement is that when entering the hotel, I did not see the security or vehicle guide command. In addition, the underground parking lot is darker and the sign seems to be a bit problematic. I went out of the garage twice and followed the sign and opened it wrong.

The staff were friendly but struggled with English. The room was comfortable and spacious however my towels were covered in long hair. Breakfast was a let down, the dining room was so humid. The hotel is also difficult to find from the street.

Excellent location just steps from Wanda Plaza. Checkin staff happily addressed me in English, very professional and smart. Rooms were spacious and smartly designed. Even the hallways were decorated nicely. Delivery guys can go directly to the room. Bed was large and comfy. The wireless Qi charger was a nice touch, too bad it only works on Android phones. On the other hand, the Internet was painfully slow and there was little hot water. If they could fix these simple problems they’d have a perfect hotel.

The first time I stayed at Jinling Hotel, I was amazed when I entered the lobby. It was really worth it to be able to stay at this price during the National Day holiday. When we entered the lobby, there were service staff who took the initiative to help us carry our luggage (kudos to Xiao Rui and Wen Yu). The front desk staff (Xiao Xu, Shu Yue and Jia Ji) who checked in and checked out also left a good impression on us. The room was also large and clean. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I will come again next time. Finally, the small gifts given are very practical.
