入住酒店時，門僮劉棟看到我一位長者推着二個行李箱，迅速跑過來從我手中接過箱子，陪着我辦入住手續，最後送至房間。對之，我萬分感謝！前台樑樂小姐很熱情，告知我酒店幫我把房間升級至808套房，並陪同我去看一下房間是否滿意？對她熱情周到的服務很滿意，也很感謝。酒店早餐很豐富，尤其老豆腐不僅有山西特色，且非常好好吃，咖啡也不錯。
