酒店環境很不錯，尤其早餐非常豐盛，地理位置很不錯靠近龍潭公園，去吃美食也很方便，很推薦大家入住

太原的富力萬達文華真的是比較差的體驗。到酒店首先就沒有人來接行李，進去就看見兩個人在大廳傻站着，毫無服務意識和眼力見。房間裏的陳設也非常舊，衞生情況很不咋樣。退房的時候沒有人來幫着拿行李就算了，還非讓網約車司機停到停車位裏去，態度十分惡劣。整個住的過程真稱不上滿意。

老牌酒店，總體很贊。大堂高大寬敞，前台幫我們房間做了免費升級，送了水果，住的很舒服乾淨。旁邊就是萬達，隨意挑選吃的餐廳。退房時忘記登記車子，門衞也很快核實放行，效率點贊。
