一看就是原來煤炭部招待所改建的 雖然基礎設施比較陳舊了，但地理位置優越，院裏免費停車，出門就是一個類似天街的商業街，吃飯很方便，樓下還有永輝超市，離柳巷商業街也不遠，騎個單車就到了！
