這次是看酒店的評價 綜合考慮入住洲際酒店 車到酒店門口 我們拿出行李後就有工作人員 迎過來幫忙拿行李（每次打車出行 車開到酒店門口 都有工作人員主動打開車門協助我們上下車）前台辦理入住的時候 工作人員首先説的是看到了我們在網上對酒店房間的需求的留言 已經提前按照要求去準備並把房間做了升級 那一刻 即使還沒有看到他們究竟落實🉐如何 但這種對客人的重視和關注並及時給予迴應的態度是值得肯定的 之後到了酒店房間 進門後房間沒有異味 從起居室 洗手間到淋浴間的衞生 整體來講 還是不錯的 廁所馬桶周圍邊緣也是比較乾淨的 洗手池也乾淨 水龍頭沒有水漬 浴巾乾淨 沒有黃漬 沒有異味 枕頭套也沒有異味 床單被罩都是新換的 酒店知道我們入住兩天 提前把房間裏的水準備得很充足 這點也很貼心 有時需要在酒店泡茶喝咖啡 有數兒的幾瓶水是不夠的 還要給前台打電話再送 比較麻煩 （這次的一次性補水在退房前 都沒有喝完）衣帽間的衣架 數量也比較充足 可以滿足掛衣服的不同需求 地毯吸得也比較乾淨 沒有太多污漬 早餐種類豐富 食材新鮮 咖啡好喝 服務也不錯 工作人員會主動按照客人需求幫忙打咖啡並送到座位上 主動和客人問好 耐心回答解決問題和需求 餐具擺放整齊 乾淨 餐廳環境也不錯 空氣比較清新 沒有油煙味道 這次去太原不僅參觀了古建 也參加了張信哲演唱會 酒店安排了大巴車貼心地為酒店參加演唱會的客人提供了免費接送服務 並組建了微信羣 羣發了消息 詳細地告知每一位客人 接駁車的車牌號 接車時間地點 下車地點以及接車的時間和位置 併發送了位置共享 以便客人可以順利找到車 隨車工作人員認真核對賓客人名 耐心指引上車 並非常耐心地等待晚到晚來的客人 還貼心地在羣裏告訴客人 不要着急 慢慢來 發車前總是認真清點人數並在羣裏詢問還有沒有沒上車的客人 得到確認後才開車發動 讓我們覺得體驗感和安全感非常好 謝謝你們的暖心 貼心安排以及耐心的服務 很期待 下次再次入住洲際（這應該也是你們最希望看到的）希望你們的服務在各個領域和方面 能再更上一層樓！越來越好！再次感謝所有的工作人員！
