The hotel is very close to the train station and easy to find. Their staff is amazing, we arrived late in the evening and needed to book a car to drive us to Pinguao stopping at multiple locations on the way. The girl who was on duty that night arranged everything for us despite the language barrier. I hope she will get a bonus, she is a real treasure! We also got breakfast in the morning, there were 10 hot options (rice, noodles, veg, chicken etc) in addition to a variety of breads and cereals

The shower water is cold! It's cold! It's cold! We came back from Hukou Waterfall and were covered in dust. The child went to take a shower and said it was cold water! He caught a cold! I went to the front desk the next day to report the problem, but the supervisor said he had to verify the situation and couldn't give a reply! Oh my! I really learned a lesson! The only regret is that the hotel does not provide breakfast.

The hotel is very close to Taiyuan Railway Station (not Taiyuan High-speed Railway Station), and the transportation is very convenient. Next time I come to Taiyuan, I will stay at Jinlin Oriental Hotel again.
