We spent 6 nights here on business, I must say everything was excellent. Great location, room is very spacious and sunny, breakfast has good variety to choose from. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice, definitely recommend others to stay in this hotel when you are in Taiyuan.

It was extremely different. The room was eerie and had a musty smell. The shower door was missing, the sewer was still blocked, the washbasin countertop was cracked, and the bathroom door was deformed and difficult to close. I even had to report my room number for breakfast, and I couldn't swipe my credit card. I was so sleepy in the morning that I couldn't even eat. It's unreasonable that something like this can happen in a hotel at this price.

A very poor hotel experience 1. After checking in, I entered the room. There was something similar to a blower running outside the window. The sound was very loud. I communicated with the front desk to change rooms. The front desk first said that there were no rooms. After my repeated requests, I was moved to the opposite room. In the room, the video recording was too short. Ctrip only needed 5 seconds to show the pictures. 2. The bedding was not clean after check-in. There were crawling insects on the pillows, the bathroom mirror, and the dining table. The insects in the picture below were crawling on the pillows. The video recording is too short, Ctrip needs 5 seconds. 3. The hotel is equipped with toothbrushes, but they do not come with toothpaste. I asked the front desk to ask for them, and they only provided toothpaste the next day. I don’t know if I forgot to put them out the day before. 4. The newly replaced hotel has a renovated steel frame outside the door, as shown in the picture below, and it is not soundproof. The sound of planes taking off and landing wakes me up every morning. 5. The parking facilities are not good either. There is no underground parking lot. It is a parking lot shared with other units and the parking lot is far away from the hotel lobby. Because Mayday’s concert came to Taiyuan, the price of the hotel doubled during the concert. The daily price was more than 400 yuan. I booked it for more than 800 yuan, but the service was not worthy of the 800 yuan price. Ctrip’s ranking of high-end hotels No. 1 is also on the word-of-mouth list. Don’t be fooled by this ranking. A hotel that is really not recommended.

Bad review. I asked the front desk for two bath towels. The person who brought them was not a hotel staff member, but an old man in casual clothes. After opening the door, he kept looking into the room and kept glancing. The hotel is very close to Taiyuan South Station. The lobby is a bit unique. When I checked in, I thought it was a bar, but it does have bar functions. The best thing about the hotel is that the room is very large, but the only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room.
