整體設計偏老，不過房間大小適中，衛浴空間偏小，房間裡會有一股味道，不確定是不是芳香劑的味道，建議還是進房時就開窗通風一下，離觀光夜市很近，星期三時攤販會特別多，早餐是一般的簡單菜色，還有可以免費借用的腳踏車(淑女車)，可以騎去森林公園、海濱公園晃晃。

飯店🏨位置非常好👍，有停車場🅿️，房間大小也還蠻可以的，唯一只有廁所的馬桶似乎有點堵住（七樓），早餐有四個菜，加上稀飯滷肉飯，還有吐司🍞跟包子可以選擇，是間很不錯的旅店

基本設施是都還算不錯，非常推薦床非常舒服，地點位置也沒話說離根本就在夜市旁邊，生活今年非常完整，CP非常高，值得推薦！

值得推薦的高CP值商旅。位置在台東最熱鬧的中心區，飯店房間乾淨舒適，附近有全聯超市、家樂福量販店。飯店週邊餐廳林立，早上斜對面有傳統市場，晚上附近正氣路有觀光夜市。
