Newly opened in 2025, a total of 5 floors. Booked a twin room with a balcony. The room was small but very clean. One of the beds was a big bed suitable for a family of three. The front desk quickly solved the problem of the anti-theft chain on the door. Karaoke and barbecue can be used at night on the top of the 5th floor, which is very pleasant. The seafood in the stall downstairs is very fresh and tastes good.

SSimonchungThe hotel is newly renovated with a stylish design, very clean, and the mattress and pillows are comfortable, with silky smooth duvets. The breakfast is extensive, and parking is free with plenty of spaces.
However, the staff insisted on not upgrading the children's breakfast to complimentary, requiring us to pay an extra ten yuan. Their reason was that they didn't have the authority to upgrade, which sounded quite awkward and dismissive. Most hotels we stay at usually offer complimentary children's breakfast for their image. It's not about the ten yuan being expensive, nor can my child eat much, but being brushed off like that makes it feel like the hotel staff training isn't flexible or professional enough. The hotel could easily absorb the cost of ten yuan, and in return, it would gain more positive reviews. It would be a win-win situation, so why not? Customer service definitely needs improvement.

Nice bathrooms, japanese style automatic toilets. Simple okay buffet breakfast, fresh coffee, mostly Chinese style breakfast. Our family had a good time. Booked a double for us and a twin room for the kids. There is a bit of a music bass noise in the evening due to next door night club. Was mentioned in the booking. No real problem for us. We enjoyed the giant modern Chain mall a short drive away for dinner and shopping. The old city centre is also good for meals and the sights.

GGuest UserOverall experience was good. Only issue was the ac not able to adjust but was offered to change room. Also, if you want to do laundry, make sure not to use the wash and dry machines. We had an issue where the machines won’t dry for hours. We ended up having to air dry. This is no hotel fault. Seems like all machines there are like that.

GGuest UserThe front desk service at the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. My kids loved the drinks from the Courtyard Mart. They offered complimentary freshly made lemonade, and for coffee lovers like me, there's also a self-service coffee machine. For Taishan, it's undoubtedly one of the best hotels. I'll definitely be back for another stay – highly recommended! Parking was also very convenient, as it's shared with the adjacent plaza and completely free of charge.

The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, my partner and I slept soundly, the space is reasonably laid out, the distance between the two single beds is moderate, which is convenient for communication and privacy, the facilities are also complete, the air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi are all very stable, the water pressure in the bathroom is sufficient, and the hot water comes quickly. The hotel is conveniently located, convenient for eating and shopping, the front desk service attitude is enthusiastic, the check-in is efficient, and they also took the initiative to help us move our luggage. The cleaning lady also took the initiative to say hello. I will choose this hotel again on my next business trip.

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.

GGuest UserI reserved the 2-bed Room and it looks like this building was built as an apartment. This unit was two levels, which they split the lower level as a hotel room and the upper level as a short term apartment rental. Fortunately it was not occupied. Could have been noisy. Noise from the hallway was already a little too much. One last complaint was the toilet being in the shower room. Very bad setup.
However I might stay here again just for the breakfast. It was included in my room booking. Very good varieties and tasty! Front desk girl is very hard working and courteous. Thanks for your help!

TTiChattonThe location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen.
5/5 - no complaints.
