The room is small, and the service attitude is very bad. The auntie at the breakfast place has a bad attitude. A 6-year-old child has to pay 38 yuan for breakfast. I said I didn't want to eat, and she said I couldn't stay there if I didn't eat! She looked down on me, as if she owned the hotel! She was so arrogant! I couldn't get a refund if I didn't eat breakfast! I was so angry that I tore up the breakfast coupon!

Rooms are spacious and clean except for some stains at the curtains The 'Alexa/Google home' in the rooms made the stay even more comfortable as everything could be voice controlled. Interestingly, the hotel provides free supper from 9pm to 11pm which makes it very convenient for guests who arrived late in the hotel to have a quick bite without having to venture out. There are washing machines & dryer available in the hotel for guests to wash their clothes. Thank goodness for it especially during winter so we could bring less clothes along. Most importantly, the service from the staff is excellent. Every one we met in the hotel treated us warmly and went the extra mile to accede to our requests. We booked 3 rooms initially then added one more room after one night. Unfortunately, there wasn't any available room on the the same floor. However, the staff actually called us the next day and informed us of an available room on the same floor and asked if we would like to change the room so the entire family could be on the same floor. We were impressed with their attention to detail and their service! Thank you one and all at Mandarin Elegant Hotel for your warmth and graciousness and for making our stay enjoyable and memorable! The room should have been renovated. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The service staff took the initiative to ask for help. There was also hot spring water in the room. There was a distance from the accommodation to the hot spring entrance, but you could change into your swimsuit first and then enter through the back door.

Easter trip with the family, stayed here after Kaiping rural historical villages and diaolou exploration. For some city time. Clean neat new hotel. Good Non smoking rooms. Nice bathrooms, japanese style automatic toilets. Simple okay buffet breakfast, fresh coffee, mostly Chinese style breakfast. Our family had a good time. Booked a double for us and a twin room for the kids. There is a bit of a music bass noise in the evening due to next door night club. Was mentioned in the booking. No real problem for us. We enjoyed the giant modern Chain mall a short drive away for dinner and shopping. The old city centre is also good for meals and the sights.

Very nice hotel, very close to the beach, and very convenient to eat and drink around. It is the highest hotel in the scenic spot, standing out from the crowd! The facilities and equipment in the room are very intimate and high-end, clean and tidy, and the quality is very good👍👍

It was nice and spacious, but missing some amenities. There was no fridge and microwave in the rooms. Only one complimentary bottle of water per person was provided daily; any extra bottles have to be purchased. 2 out of 4 dryers weren’t working; it took a long time to dry clothes. It was very dark in the laundry room. The gym and rec room was in one big room in which we had to manually turn on the lights ourselves; it felt very unfinished and not well ventilated. The beds weren’t made one day even though we requested room clean up. There were only Chinese instructions in the bathroom, so non-Chinese readers may not be aware of certain rules. At the dim sum restaurant in the hotel, they added a dish we had told them to remove from our ordering menu and forced us to keep and pay for it even though it was their mistake for adding it to our ordering tab.

The location of the hotel is convenient, and there is a free parking lot outside the main entrance which is very convenient. The hotel rooms seem to have been renovated in recent years, but they are no different from newly opened and newly renovated👍🏼 The space is large, with plenty of light. It is decorated in a modern style, with wooden floors, and the air conditioner is very cold. There is no odor at all. The toilet has a bathtub, a smart toilet, and the shower water pressure is sufficient. The overall sanitary environment is very good, and I didn't notice any stains. The rooms are also well soundproofed and the large beds are 1.8 meters tall. The service of the male staff at the front desk is beyond words. From the moment I checked in, my attitude was very good. He even remembered my last name when I came in or checked out and could directly call out ”Mr. I have never experienced good service in a hotel room. The hotel is in the Ocean Park, with a seaside boardwalk. It takes about 7,000 steps to walk along the boardwalk. You can also climb to the top of the mountain to watch the sunrise and sunset. There is also a wedding photography base for self-photography. The room is large, clean and hygienic, the bathroom is also large, and it is relatively quiet at night. The breakfast is rich in variety, the service response is fast, and there is an electric car to deliver to each building. Overall, it is satisfactory and worth recommending!

I booked it just before the Spring Festival. There was no better choice and I couldn't cancel it. I read the mixed reviews and was worried about stepping on thunder, so I had to bite the bullet. After driving for half an hour on provincial, county and township roads, I finally arrived at the hotel. After checking in, I parked the car in front of the door. The door was open. It turned out that the service staff was busy and sweating, and they were cleaning the room with a few temporary student workers. I was a little unhappy. Unexpectedly, the rest were all surprises. There is heating, hot springs in the house, and the swimming lanes are directly connected between the houses. The water in the swimming pool is warm and you can swim in winter. The swimming lanes in the room are built by the lake. Birds fly around the lake and fish tumble in the lake. It's refreshing to look at it. The elderly at home even praised it. The whole hotel covers a large area with birds singing and flowers blooming. The restaurant's breakfast is simple, but the ingredients are fresh, and the rice rolls made on the spot are a plus. And the New Year's Eve dinner can be ordered by yourself without paying a deposit. Because I brought high school students to play, I didn't pay attention to the hotel's water park. On the last day, we visited the water park to check out the summer. It was another surprise. They actually have a large indoor warm water playground, where you can play in the water in winter. The outdoor playground in summer will open in May. In short, the price of Cambridge Hotel is reasonable, the hardware is not luxurious but sufficient, and the service staff is not enough. Many young interns were added during the Spring Festival, but the flaws do not outweigh the merits. If you want a place for your family to have fun and want to find a place where food is not expensive and the ingredients are fresh, you can get what you want here.

The location is convenient for transportation. As for hygiene, there was a long hair inside the quilt when I opened it, and there was a stain on the bed that had not been cleaned. Most importantly, the door gap was not fixed properly. I heard a ”woohoo” sound when I was sleeping at night, which was scary. I didn't sleep well the whole night. Fortunately, I asked the front desk the next day if I could delay check-out, and the front desk agreed. It is worth mentioning that when I went out for dinner at night and it rained, the front desk had an umbrella to borrow.
