住過兩次，入住體驗超棒，一進去酒店，前台工作人員就熱情相迎，辦理入住迅速又貼心，還細心的介紹周邊好玩的地方。房間乾淨敞亮，床品舒適。酒店位置也很好，方便停車，周邊美食，商場一應俱全，出行超方便。

酒店大堂設計真的很有感覺，前台員工非常熱情健談。房間温馨簡單風格。衞生很乾凈。酒店旁邊是一條河，晚上沿着河邊散步好漂亮。他們還提供了免費洗衣機烘乾機。洗好中途換烘乾機前台很好叫我們不用下來，她幫忙換烘。免費服務還那麼多好，周邊吃喝很方便。值得推薦一下這個酒店

本來衹是隨便訂的酒店，卻被處處細節戳中：前台主動幫忙升級了高樓層觀景房，酒店還配有免費洗衣房，第二天出門時，還收到工作人員遞的便攜雨傘，這種“被放在心上”的感覺，比風景更讓人難忘呢

本來訂了一間兩室的套房，到店後説工作失誤放出的預訂多了，套房沒有了，衹能換成一個標間和一個大床房。大床房很小，一進去的感覺就不好，後來結果證明直覺很對。想認前台換一間房，但一直推説沒房了，其實晚上發現我們住的那間大床房附近就有空房。再説説大床房的問題，小一點就算了，房間空調有問題，製冷模式開到26度就相當於沒有空調，開25度又很冷。最大的問題是，房間在開了空調的情況下濕度越來越大，第二天早上起來發現地板都是一層水汽。難怪進房間的時候就覺得卧具潮潮的。退房的時候跟前台反映，還説是不是我們沒開空調，或者開錯了。所以教訓就是以後如果感覺不好，就要果斷堅持更換。
