在旅遊前一天晚上收到了氣象局發出黃色暴雨預警、橙色冰雹預警、山洪災害提醒，想提前一天取消酒店，畢竟這樣的天氣登島要坐船很危險。開始先是打電話給酒店，酒店就説你在哪個網訂的你去跟他們説，他們管不了。後面跟去哪兒網客服溝通，客服就説酒店經理不讓取消。這是想踢皮球啊？預訂條例中有“法定原因”包括自然災害，符合這點是可以退房的，但酒店偏偏忽視這一條例，忽視天氣預報，説這幾天天氣都很好，就是酒店經理不給退。去哪兒網讓我上傳天氣預報的截圖，上傳後又説網上天氣預報的圖不可以作為天氣預報的證明，還説要氣象局帶公章的證明……還好沒去，本來行程是今天離島的，剛看到台山發出了紅色暴雨警告，提醒旅客不要登島。

有史以來住過環境最差的旅店。房間小的可憐，五六平米，一進來一股味道，拉窗簾窗簾壞的，開空調調節風向壞的，打算打電話給前台，電話機壞的。上個廁所，馬桶蓋裂開了。發現枕頭臟了要換，説房間滿了，沒有多餘枕頭了。晚上睡覺，隔音超級差。如果不是旺季實在訂不到酒店，奉勸一句，就不要來體驗生活了
