Yihe Hot Spring City Hotel

住酒店那麼多，第一次給不好的評價： 三年前來過覺得還不錯，所以親戚回國想泡温泉就帶她們來。住兩個帶獨立泡池的套房。可是這次體驗真的很不好，房間衞生很差，到處都是上一首住客留下來的垃圾。不知道收拾房間的工作人員是如何工作的。 再來，竟然房間連瓶裝水都沒有。打電話叫人送水來，那位短髮瘦瘦的阿姨一直講電話，跟她説話也不迴應😅😅。 還好房間的温泉水和早餐都還可以…可是這個價格這個服務，實在是…不會再來…

酒店給入住人員感覺就是在維持而已，餐廳衹做團餐，想吃個晚飯衹有出外。差評。

環境設施有點舊，有待提升，服務不是很到位，早餐品種極少，有點失望，昔日的輝煌不再 ，望日後會有大的整改

The buffet inside was taken and urged several times but no one sent it. Whether eating or staying, the cost performance is very low. The most important thing is to go to the hot springs. After checking in at 4:30 in the afternoon of the first day, I went to the hot springs. Some pools had no water, and some pools were very dirty. The hot spring area did not provide bath towels, so I had to bring them to the hotel room myself, and no one reminded me when I checked in. I just checked in and wanted to take another bathrobe to the hot spring, but I was told that there was no bathrobe. And after getting up and having breakfast the next day, the child wanted to continue to soak in the hot spring before leaving, but was told that the boiler in the hot spring area was broken and could not provide hot springs. It was not repaired until 12 noon, so I had to check out and leave. It was a very disappointing hot spring trip, and I will never choose this store again.
