Issue only with the toilet. The bidet is very "hard" to use, and the most problematic is the ventilation, can't avoid bad smell from the toilet.

We stayed at Novotel Taiping for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay comfortable and welcoming. The location is convenient, and the facilities are well-maintained. The cleanliness could be improved slightly—just some very minor issues—but nothing that affected our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Location is at Central Taiping inside the Mall and within walking distance to the famous Lake Gardens, Casual Market and other attractions within the town. Many eateries around the hotel and you will be spoilt for choices.
Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff but they are a bit slow. Room was large, clean, bed comfortable, air conditioned cold and water pressure strong. However, the pillow was soft to my liking and need to use 2 to sleep on but it's uncomfortable. They should have one slightly harder pillow and another soft one to suit everyone's preferences.
A good stay with the Novotel branding which will not go wrong and the cost is also the highest among hotels in Taiping.

Novotel Taiping is my preferred choice of accommodation whenever I visit Taiping. I am consistently impressed by its excellent location, exceptional service, and impeccable cleanliness. It always provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
