Taipei Xinyi District 5-star Hotels

The eslite group never disappoints. Quiet coffee, working plus reading area is just inside the entrance. The reception staff are friendly and professionally trained. The room is clean, nicely decorated and all sockets are conveninetly designed- unlike the highly rated Alisahn hotel that we just stayed, but decided to leave earlier due to the unpleasant experience. Since it is the Chinese New Year period, the entrance and lobby were decorated with red flowers, full of festive spirits. Will be back again

The hotel room is very comfortable, clean, and spacious, booked at a discounted price from Trip.com. Level one concierge Nico was very friendly and helpful when I went downstairs to collect my midnight supper delivery. Special thanks to housekeeper Ricky. Hotel is in the best location, nice view of Taipei 101 at level 7 swimming pool area. Metro is just across the road past some shops. There are street performers on the walkway behind the hotel in the evening from 6 to 10pm.

Fast check in .. and counter staff Shelley is friendly and very details ....room is spacious and clean ... only issue is there is no Utube or NET flix access on TV ... Pool with warm water ... and the lifeguard there is friendly too .. enjoyed the swim in cold weather of 15 degree ... Gym is fully equipped but always packed ... overall a very pleasant stay ... a great hotel with friendly staff ... only Mr D at Gym/Spa that is cold and stern ... anyway he is just doing his job !

The floor of the room wasn't very clean, can see hair everywhere. Other than that, was all good, nice room service and good service from the staff.

On 11/2, I took my daughter back to Taipei from the United States and stayed at (Le Meridien Hotel) for 2 nights. I love the location of the hotel! Nearby is Xinyi Business District Shin Kong New World. There are many department stores and Warner Village Roadshow Cinemas. It is a 10-minute walk from the 101 Building. There are subway and bus services from the City Hall Station in the basement of Uniform Department Store nearby. The transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun. The room is very big. We stayed in two beds. For the sake of environmental protection, the hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The bed in the room is very comfortable. It's a bit hard. I like it. I can sleep well at night.

Situated at 3 MRT stations away from Taipei Main Station, it is great location for exploring Taipei City. We got a good deal so the price is reasonable. Renovations were in progress the place looks a bit unkept and the room feels somewhat dusty. The room interior/fitting are very old but functional. The Jacuzzi us not working as hence only serve as a bath tube. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast (only tried once) is at a separate venue. It is cafe with limited menu but reasonable quality. Overall, not delighted/impressed but nothing really to complain about.

Our family stayed at Via Hotel Zhongxiao for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was much better than we expected. We were satisfied with the location, cleanliness, service, and facilities. At first, the building itself seemed old and the first floor felt a bit dirty.. And the hotel was on the 3rd floor, so what is it?.... But.. When we went up to the 3rd floor, the hotel itself was clean and the staff was very, very kind. Our room, which was designated as a family room, was on the 4th floor Wow~~~ It was a little disappointing that there was no window, but the spacious, clean, and good water pressure bathroom and toilet made up for it. We expected breakfast because the rate included breakfast.. haha ​​This hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so it seems to have contracted with nearby cafes.. restaurants and provided meals. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was simple and delicious, like sandwiches, hamburgers, and coffee. Our family had a satisfying breakfast. Our family had a pleasant trip and returned home safely.

The service is top notch, I would said it’s the best service from all the staff in the hotel. They were very helpful and attentive, arrange all our massage booking and also restaurants… We actually had small accident during our cycling activities.. The hotel was very well prepared with all the safe aids and the staff is professional enough to help us to the cleaning and apply med on the injuries..they also have very nice cocktails bar with very good drink in the hotel .

The location is convenient, but the hotel lobby is small, the lights are so dim, and the children are quite frightened, because the floor corridors are eerie, dark, with deer heads, red lights, no facilities, the rooms are okay, the swimming pool is too small and dilapidated.

Absolutely loved it! 10/10!! From the hotel design and customer service to the room quality, everything was perfect! This hotel is great for people who like to social. They regularly host events at The Social (see photos). We booked the room with a King sized bed. The room was much more spacious than we thought. There was even a balcony! The Japanese-style bathtub was amazing too. And since the hotel just opened last year, everything is relatively new. The little things that count: - Over 10 sockets with built in adapter - Room can be 99% dark - Really comfortable slippers - Consistent water temperature for the showers - Strong hair dryer - A large variety of amenities - Well-maintained gym While I love the mood and vibe of the room, it might not be suitable for people who need to work as the lighting might not be sufficient. Once again, I don't guarantee that you will have the same experience but I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone! Bonus: The restaurant (Texas Roadhouse) on the G/F has great service and quality food too! But since there are limited breakfast choices, I wouldn't recommend you get it every day if you're staying for long.
