We booked three superior rooms and one of the rooms was smaller than the rest, even though we had paid the same price. The rooms were functional and clean, and housekeeping was prompt (before 10am). Breakfast selection was limited but sufficient. However, service standards should be improved - the staff were not very helpful in addressing our needs. When my family member needed a new hairdryer because the current one was not working, she had to make multiple calls as the staff was trying to get her to troubleshoot herself. When our card key couldn’t work, we had to go to the counter a few times to get the staff to assist. Despite these flaws, the location of the hotel was great though (5 mins from da’an MTR with convenience shops along the walk), so it was easy to get around as well as to get supplies.

Room is spacious, almost no toiletries provided except one shampoo for all, and hand wash. Booked this hotel because of the baby cots availability but during our check in they mentioned that it was not available (both rooms), and stated that the hotel was full of guests and such. I made the reservation months ago and clearly requested for cots. The cleaning wasn’t properly done, the stain on floor can still be seen after days until we checked out. Nevertheless the hotel location is great, close to shopping areas, tourist spots, combini, and eateries, and MRT - all walking distances If you are sensitive to dust, suggest to avoid this hotel as their room is covered with carpet.

Really good Japanese style hotel, even goes as far as practicing Japanese mannerism by bowing which was an eye opener for us. Room was clean albeit slightly dusty. Toilet was clean with nice separation between the bathtub/shower area with the WC. Convenient location, 3 mins walk to the closest MRT and with the summer heat, that’s a huge plus. View from the room was excellent too. The hotel also have a public bath. Great hotel!

Good location, about a 5-min walk from MRT Daan Station, very easy to get to.
Room is comfy and bright. Minibar is free and offers a variety of refreshments and snacks. Chinese tea, drip coffee bags, and Nespresso are also provided. A bathtub larger than usual is definitely a plus. Breakfast is a surprise. Not the common all-you-can-eat buffet, but more like the Instagram-story type set menu. Set choices and meal porion are both enough for us.
All in all, the stay is satisfying.

Absolutely loved it! 10/10!!
From the hotel design and customer service to the room quality, everything was perfect!
This hotel is great for people who like to social. They regularly host events at The Social (see photos).
We booked the room with a King sized bed. The room was much more spacious than we thought. There was even a balcony! The Japanese-style bathtub was amazing too. And since the hotel just opened last year, everything is relatively new.
The little things that count:
- Over 10 sockets with built in adapter
- Room can be 99% dark
- Really comfortable slippers
- Consistent water temperature for the showers
- Strong hair dryer
- A large variety of amenities
- Well-maintained gym
While I love the mood and vibe of the room, it might not be suitable for people who need to work as the lighting might not be sufficient.
Once again, I don't guarantee that you will have the same experience but I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!
Bonus: The restaurant (Texas Roadhouse) on the G/F has great service and quality food too! But since there are limited breakfast choices, I wouldn't recommend you get it every day if you're staying for long.

This hotel is on the 13rd floor of the buzzy Ton-Ling Plaza, sharing the building with OMNI and several other bars/lounges and QTime. While the rooms are older and musty (likely sharing the same ventilation systems as the smoking-friendly bars a few floors below), it is hard to beat the price for its location, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff and included breakfast (albeit a little basic). The room was equipped with an air purifier, though not well soundproofed. I think I would stay here again if I were 10 years younger and wanted direct access to the club and bars, but alas... lifestyle creep 😅
Room is spacious. Bathroom spacious. Toilet with bidet and has a separate shower area and a big bathtub.
Location is average. Within Da'An but not exactly near to metro and limited F&B outlet nearby.
1st hotel in Taiwan that I stayed that front desk / service staff did not greet guests when they enter (not attending to check-in/out and not on the phone).
Front office staff forgot to give morning call at required time. Luckily he remembered 20mins later.
Amazing service, amazing room and toilet. I loved the breakfasts and accessibility to water. Plenty of sockets in the room for charging needs, and the beds were comfortable.

GGuest UserThere are blood stains on the sheets, the musty smell in the parking lot is unbeatable, 100 per day, the room is average, the cp value is not good, in fact, I will not consider coming back next time, the overall hygiene is not very good
No breakfast was given the next day either….
