The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage—it’s right in front of Taipei Main Station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Whether you’re catching a train, hopping on the MRT, or just walking around, this spot is as strategic as it gets. 🚉🏙️
👎 Service:
Unfortunately, the service at the reception was a major letdown. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the check-in process frustrating and unwelcoming. A little courtesy goes a long way, but it was completely missing here.
🧹 Room Condition:
The room itself was dusty and poorly maintained. What’s worse, housekeeping services were practically non-existent. Even after requesting a cleanup, all they did was throw away the garbage—no proper cleaning or tidying up. For the price, this level of neglect is unacceptable.

Very good accommodation, lovely staff, good location, exit Taipei Main, Z side, you will find the hotel on the 7th floor. There are many Family Marts under the building. There is also a small clothing market. The mall is near the shopping area. You can walk to Ximending.
