I'll be honest, I was a bit skeptical about booking this hotel after reading some mixed reviews. But since I was on a tight budget, I decided to take a chance. And I'm glad I did :) Our room was actually really great, and I'm not sure if it's just luck with our room or if they've improved things recently.
Cons:
- Just a heads up, they're pretty strict about their 4 pm check-in time. But you can drop off your bags and explore the area while you wait.
- We had a bit of trouble communicating with one receptionist who didn't speak English. Just be prepared to be patient and find a solution.
Pros:
- Our room was clean and the aircon was freezing cold (in a good way).
- The one staff we met was really friendly and happy to help us out with extra coffee, towels, and blankets whenever we needed them.
