Villa 32 was pure magic. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we felt like we had stepped into a hidden sanctuary—peaceful, elegant, and beautifully understated. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. Every detail was thoughtful—from the soothing atmosphere to the luxurious amenities. What an incredible stay. Villa 32 catered to all of our needs seamlessly. The hotel itself has five apartment-like rooms. The amenities were spotless and the staff friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The spa itself consists of 6 different mineral pools, of different temperature, both indoor and outdoor, a steam room and a dry sauna. A stay at villa 32 allows for access to all of the pools, along with other spa services. The food was fresh with large variety; I made one off hand comment about how good the croissants were to the concierge, and that night I had 5 hot croissants waiting in my room. I'd also like to thank Moony, one of the concierge ladies, for being so helpful during out stay!

Very intimate and secluded feeling with amazing service just at the entrance of the Beitou hot springs. It is pricy but the breakfast, exclusive hot springs, and Japanese or western suites, are worth it. I highly recommend it for a couples weekend..Or weekday

It was a very unique and memorable experience from the entering point of the Villa entrance to the garden, reception, room, private and public hot spring, to the special dinner. The facility, service and quality of every part of the place are wonderful.
