Overall, it's good, except that the lobby doesn't seem that clean when you first enter. But when you finally enter the room, it's okay. The bed is a bit hard, the soundproofing is average, and the price is average for Normal University.

The location is very convenient, right above the East Gate exit and the post office.
Although it is a hotel, there is no lobby, only a check-in counter. The downside is that there is only one elevator, so the waiting time is long. The room was clean, but the windows were noticeably dirty. I thought it was a little pricey, but I guess it can't be helped since the yen is weak...
