A very nice place with dark decor reminiscent of a medieval castle. However, some details don’t quite meet the standards of a 5-star classification. The main issue concerns the amenities: under the guise of environmental protection, they are not provided in the room—which is understandable. What’s less justifiable is that these amenities (including toothbrush!) are available at the reception… but only for an additional fee!
That said, overall, it’s undoubtedly a charming place.

台北駅直結でアクセス最高の「パレ・デ・シン・ホテル」。桃園空港からMRT一本で到着できて、雨の日でも濡れずに移動できるのが本当に便利。
内装も重厚感があって素敵でした。
馬のモチーフあっておしゃれホテルって感じで、
廊下も素敵なインテリア。
お部屋はアップグレードされました！
でもラウンジは使わせてもらえずでした🥹
なので星4つ。写真撮ってくれたり入口のスタッフは良かった！
ただ五つ星ホテルにしては少し残念な点も。
トイレの紙は流せずゴミ箱に捨てるスタイルだったり、清掃が「エコ」重視で、湯船の私の髪の毛はそのままでした...

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. However, the lighting was too dim for me and I couldn't relax. The breakfast venue was luxurious, but it felt more like night than morning.
