Rich Garden Hotel

Overall, the location, service, and facilities were excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was about an 8-minute walk from the nearest Ximen Station, but the sidewalks were wide and flat, so it was easy to walk there with a suitcase as long as it wasn't raining. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. There was a staff member who spoke Japanese almost every time, which was very convenient for Japanese people. The room was quiet, and the furniture was luxurious and lovely, with a Chinese antique style. Since it's located on the corner of a main road, the view from the window was also great. However, I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator and the air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted from within the room. The bathroom had a large bathtub that could be used for a soaking bath, so I was able to take a long bath. The breakfast selection was limited, with porridge and bread as the main focus, which may not be enough for some people. It was convenient for shopping and dining, with a douhua shop open until late at night right in front of the hotel, a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket in the block next door, and the Ximen shopping district just a short walk away. Although it was reassuring to have to leave the key at the front desk when going out, I found it a bit of a hassle.
