全てのスタッフにホスピタリティがあり、わたしの拙い英語でも丁寧に対応して下さいました。
部屋のカーテンが1箇所だけレールから外れていて残念でしたが特に使用には問題無く快適に過ごせました。
朝食バイキングがとても美味しく、朝食付きにして良かったと思いました。また宿泊したいです。

住了幾百次酒店，第一次感受到賓客至上的感覺。第一晚凌晨入住，發現空調的聲音比較大，加上面對主幹道，多少會影響休息。第二天吃完早餐，在前台排隊打算告知情況並查詢有無可以更換的房間。一位先生（後面得知是總經理）主動上前詢問，知道我的訴求後安排員工進房察看，空調調試無果後積極安排更換到我覺得合適的房間（讓我進新的房間感覺後決定）。酒店雖然老了點，但是服務確是一級棒；早餐品種豐富，味道不錯。地理位置優越，地鐵站出入口就在酒店後側街巷裡，對面大巨蛋和松煙。

The location is very good, close to the East District and Xinyi District. The room is big but the bed is relatively small. Although it is old, it has been renovated so it doesn't feel too old. The service is also very good!

Hotel is well located with a nice view. Service is professional.🚫 I book the executive room but they give me a classic normal at midnight checkin. So i would recommend for traveler to better check twice your type room to avoid surprise👍 Breakfast is good.
