台北で宿泊するなら他にもっと良いホテルがたくさんあります。私はこのホテルで1泊し、約80,000円支払いましたが金額にサービスが見合ってないのです。ダメな点を書き出します。
・ドアマンが常時いない。いても開けてくれない。
自動ドアのホテルじゃないし、高級ホテルでドア開けがないのはビックリしました。
・部屋の照明が切れている。
ベッドメイクの際にチェックしないのでしょうか?部屋の清掃もおざなりです。
・今どきベッドサイドで充電できない
設備が古いので仕方ない面はありますがとにかく電源の配置が悪いです。
・お手洗いの流れが弱い
・シャワールームの水はけが悪い
・ビュッフェのお料理の置き場がバラバラ
シリアルはあっちに、コーヒーはこっちに、オムレツはそっちに、と導線がめちゃくちゃです。味も高級ホテルでこの味?と首を傾げるレベルです。
・せっかくの高層階なのに窓が汚くて景色がクッキリ見えない
高層階を選択する意味が失われます。すぐに清掃してほしい。せっかくの台北の夜景や近傍の台北101の写真を撮ってもガビガビにしか写りません。
設備が古くてボロさが目立つのは仕方ないとしても世界に冠たる高級ホテルのハズがあまりにも手入れやサービスが不足しています
古い宿が好きでお金を無駄遣いするのが好きな方にはオススメします

位置在101旁，說位置好也是有壞處，101美食廣場10:00才開。
服務人員不錯的。
設施真的太舊了。床也不舒服，大床中間有條突起凹凸不平，枕頭有霉味。酒店的麵包不好食。
早餐的選㨂也不多。
因為減塑沒有提供牙刷之類的，記得帶。
還有讓人很崩潰的是酒店叫了兩瓶百威啤酒，酒店裡的起子，跟個指甲鉗一樣，真的是想把它直接打爛。
總結，酒店比較舊了，設施一般，服務不錯，位置不錯。

Hotel is well situated in the heart of Taipei Xinyi area. Just 5mins walk to Taipei 101 via an overhead bridge. The deluxe room while not the biggest I have experience, but still pretty big and comfy. Hotel service is excellent. Even got a surprise birthday cake from them when I was there. Only issue i had was the TV does not really allow me to do mirroring nor it support chromecast. So kind of stuck with the channels that the hotel provided for night in room entertainment. An area which I find could be improved would be the hotel breakfast offering, as there is a lack of variety from day to day. Other than that the overall experience has been great. Will definitely come back again in future.
