一齊都非常好, 房間好大好舒服，私家溫泉正到爆，浸完成個人鬆晒~ 職員態度超nice，早餐仲有台式同西式揀，好豐富！酒店位置靜中帶旺，夜晚仲可以落北投街食宵夜。絕對係會再encore嘅溫泉酒店！

服務員很細心，首天check in 時，便安排一位懂廣東話的服務員跟我們溝通和辦理入住手續，又詳細講解各設施的使用。早餐很豐富和精緻，特別推薦台式早餐，有豐富水果，當中的滷肉飯一流，不咸不油卻有古祖味。bar有不少飯品免費享用，反而最喜歡它的三個中茶，新津解渴，坐在小沙發，望著六樓對出的綠油油山景，寧責到只有禪聲，是一大享受。地點近文物館，若早來，可在那裏參觀等候check in。接駁小巴也很高貴乾淨，司機服務態度好。總言之，乾淨寧靜雅潔，是休息的好地方。
一點改善意見︰我們住了兩晚，吃了兩天早餐; 第一天早餐後，我們有跟服務員說明第二天的早餐的特別要求，少些什麼，多些什麼。若在第二天真能做到，那就最好。此外，服務員的台式國語，若能說慢一點，可以令略懂普通話的香港人有更順暢的溝通。Bar若可樂轉為米茶或解毒涼茶，跟整體健康的風格更一致。
