Although the staff did not speak Japanese, they were polite and courteous. The room was kept clean, and even though it was a cold season for Taiwan, the temperature was just right. It was by no means spacious, but it didn't feel cramped even for two people. I just wish there was a table to spread out our suitcases. It was nice that they provided free snacks and drinks at the front desk.
If I had to point out a negative point, it would be that the location is not that great. It is more than a 10-minute walk from the station and tourist night market. Whether you feel that this is too far will depend on the individual, but compared to other hotels in the area, it is a disadvantage.
